Job Details Job Title Senior Operations Manager Location: Coventry and Warwickshire Salary: £38,000 per annum Hours 37 hours per week (including occasional evening/weekend work) Job Type: Full time permanent Coventry & Warwickshire Mind is looking for an experienced Manager to help lead operational activity within our fast expanding organisation. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone working to influence organisational changes and help shape the direction of our organisation. We need someone to join our team who has strong people management skills and is willing along with our service managers, to create and develop dynamic services that respond to local need and empower recovery. Purpose of the job: Responsible for overseeing all elements of operational activity within a designated number of services, and to assist in the development of innovative and user focussed services which promote and value empowerment, recovery, equality and diversity. Essential requirements include: Experience of effectively managing services (min 3yrs.)
