About us

Reach is a community based children and young people’s service for 5-18 year olds delivered by Mind and Relate.

Reach offers a range of services and self help tools supporting children and young people to manage their emotional well-being.

Services include:

  • Counselling - Face to face or on-line
  • Therapeutic Group Work
  • Peer Support Groups
  • On line self help tools and activities

We provide these services at our own centres, at schools and other community venues. Our staff team includes Counsellors, Primary Mental Health Workers, Occupational Therapists and volunteers.

Attending Reach

Whilst attending the Reach service, any child or young person has the right to:

  • request a different worker
  • access any information that we hold about them
  • refuse the service, if they do not want to engage

Opening times:

Our office is open Monday to Friday between 9am and 4.30pm. Some services are provided in the evenings and on a Saturday.

How to make a referral

All referrals should be made through the Single Point Of Entry hosted by Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust. Staff from Reach and CAMHS will screen all referrals and make a decision on the most appropriate service/course of action to meet the needs of the child or young person referred.
