Time to Talk Day is celebrated on the first Thursday in February to highlight the importance of having the conversation anytime, anywhere. This year the day falls on February 1st.

Here at Coventry and Warwickshire Mind, we’re passionate believers in the importance of talking about mental health to raise awareness and tackle the stigma, and we will be supporting the nationwide event organised by Time to Change with a series of outreach sessions to promote Time to Talk.

Wednesday, January 31

Meet us the day before Time to Talk Day:

  • Outside Rugby Library, 1pm – 3.30pm, at our Journey Bus

Thursday, February 1

On Time to Talk Day we will be at:

  • Coleshill Town Hall, 9am – 12noon
  • Ironmonger Row, Coventry City Centre, 9am – 2pm, at our Journey Bus

Look out for the hashtag #TimeToTalk

You will find us posting about Time to Talk Day via our social media pages on Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.

Get involved

February 1st is not the only day to get talking about mental health. We’re here every day of the year to make sure no-one has to face a mental health problem alone. If you would like to get involved with our work keeping the conversation going and supporting others, take a look at the volunteering opportunities we have to offer and get in touch!
