Training in Mind are delivering mental health training to help frontline Coventry City Council employees respond to customers and members of the public with mental health issues.  It is particularly suitable for frontline staff who have considerable levels of contact with members of the public and may lack confidence in identifying and responding to members of the public with mental health issues. This includes the 3 hour introductory mental health awareness course Mental Health First Aid Lite and a 2 day intensive Mental Health First Aid Course.

Both courses are for anyone over the age of 16 who may come into contact with an adult with mental health issues, either in their own home of the workplace.

This training is free, however cancellations giving less than 48 hours’ notice, and without identifying a substitute or non-attendance will be subject to a £25 administration fee.  All cancellations must be made by contacting [email protected]
