Coventry and Warwickshire Mind invites you to the launch of The Environment and Me Project (TEaM).

The outdoor gardening and nature based project  is a partnership between Warwickshire Wildlife Trust and Coventry and Warwickshire Mind to provide positive, engaging outdoor experiences for people experiencing poor mental health in Coventry.

You are invited to join us for the big event which takes place on Thursday (May 11th) at the visitor centre/café in War Memorial Park, Kenilworth Road, Coventry, CV3 6PT. The event is a drop-in from 11.30am – 1.30pm and there is ample parking within the park and ride car park on Kenilworth Road.

The event is an opportunity for you to learn about:

·         What the project is, where it is based, how it works

·         How to make a formal referral for a client you are working with

·         How people can self-refer to the project

·         How your organisation can work with or support the project

·         How people can volunteer with the project

·         It is also an opportunity to meet the project staff and ask any questions you may have.

Anyone is welcome to the launch and tea and coffee will be provided. Those who would like attend should email Anna.Squires@wkwt.org.uk.

If you cannot attend but would like to find out more, please contact Martin Felstead, The Environment and Me Project Coordinator, on 024 7630 2919 or email martin.felstead@wkwt.org.uk.

The Environment and Me Project is funded by the Big Lottery, with additional funding and support from Coventry City Council and Whitefriars Housing.
