Coventry and Warwickshire Mind is pleased to support Children’s Mental Health Week which runs from February 5-11.

The theme of this year’s Place2Be campaign is 'Being Ourselves’, to encourage children and young people to celebrate their uniqueness.

Sadly, some children and young people can find it difficult to view themselves in a positive way. That is why this Children’s Mental Health Week the children’s mental health charity Place2Be is encouraging children and young people to feel comfortable with who they are, and we at Coventry and Warwickshire Mind are pleased to spread the message.

Helping children to have a positive view of themselves can help them cope with life’s challenges. Recognising the different qualities of others can also help us to connect with those around us – which is vital for our own and others’ wellbeing!
