The weather may have been sunshine and showers, but we didn't let it spoil our open day.

We had 95 people through the gate, the weather didn’t cause too much of a problem, we just spent some time sheltering in the polytunnel and the shed.

The barbeque and live music were in full swing and between the admission charge and selling the fresh fruit and vegetables we’ve grown, we raised £279 pounds.

All the money will go back in to the project, particularly for buying materials needed for the allotment.
