Here, you can apply to be a Coventry Mind member and then pay online. If you'd prefer to pay by cheque, cash or standing order, please visit our membership page and download an application form from there.
You can choose to gift aid your membership fee. If you do so, you must declare that you are a UK tax payer and that you want to treat this membership fee as a gift aid donation.
Gift Aid Notes
- You can cancel this declaration at any time by notifying us.
- You must pay an amount of income tax and/or capital gains tax at least equal to the tax that the we reclaim on your donations in the tax year (currently 28p for each £1 you give).
- If in the future your circumstances change and you no longer pay tax on your income and capital gains equal to the tax that the we reclaim, you can cancel your declaration (see above).
- If you pay tax at the higher rate you can claim further tax relief in your Self Assessment tax return.
- If you are unsure whether your donations qualify for Gift Aid tax relief, please get in touch. Or ask your local tax office for leaflet IR 113 'Gift Aid'.
- Please notify us if you change your name or address.
