Cooper’s Lodge is a flexible and supportive Day Centre designed to support those recovering from mental illness. The service provides a range of centre and community based activities which include Courses which promote independence/living skills, emotional development, mental health self management and vocational skills, One to One support, Peer Support and Self-help and Interest groups.
Staff at the Centre use a Well-being Support Plan to assist individuals in identifying the outcomes in life they want and need, so that where possible, they can support them to achieve these.
The Centre is open four days a week.
The staff team comprises of an Operational Manager, an Assistant Operational Manager and two Project Workers.
