The type of support we provide may include the following:
- Information and supported sign posting
- One to one support.
- Guided self help, helping you to manage your symptoms.
- Books on prescription: recommended self-help books.
- Computerised CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy)
- A seasonal affective disorder (SAD) lightbox
From time to time we will provide other sessions which promote positive wellbeing. Some sessions may incur a small charge and include: diet and nutrition workshops, exercise, relaxation and alternative therapy sessions.
