How Can We Help You?

The type of support we provide may include the following:

  • Information and supported sign posting
  • One to one support.
  • Guided self help, helping you to manage your symptoms.
  • Books on prescription: recommended self-help books.
  • Computerised CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy)
  • A seasonal affective disorder (SAD) lightbox

From time to time we will provide other sessions which promote positive wellbeing. Some sessions may incur a small charge and include: diet and nutrition workshops, exercise, relaxation and alternative therapy sessions.
