If a young person lives in the City of Coventry and are aged 7 years to 19 years, then the agency working with the child or young person and who knows them best can make a referral to Vibes. This can be done electronically via email or with a paper copy.

Once we have received the referral the young person will be contacted within 5 days of allocation. An assessment will be arranged and carried out. If the young person is suitable for one of our services, they will be accepted and placed on a waiting list. If a young person was to be refused we would explain the reason why and offered alternatives or referred to another agency.
